1. www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com reserves the right to refuse any advert, advertiser, link or sponsor.
2. www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com reserves the right to reject any advertisement at any time after receipt of proof of text, copy, logos and/or illustrations, even though a prior similar order may have been approved. Failure of bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com to insert any advertisement shall be considered immaterial and shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement, nor shall bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com be liable for damages thereof. In such event, Advertiser shall have the option of having such advertisement displayed in the future under these Terms and Conditions.
3. www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com shall not be liable for any damages for failure to fulfill an order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to stikes, labour disputes, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, fire, storm, flood, act of God, or any other circumstances. In any such event, the Advertiser's sole remedies shall be those set in paragraph 2 above.
4. www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time.
5. www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com is not responsible for any advertisers, advertisements sponsors or links point of view and can not be held accountable for any copyright issues involving any advertisers, advertisements sponsors or links.
6. Any breaches of any of the above conditions is the responsibility of the advertiser, sponsor or link. All costs, loss, damages and expenses are the responsibility of the advertisers and sponsors concerned and www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com is hereby totally non-accountable for such claims.
7. Any expenses that www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com may accrue in any of the above is to be repaid to them by the responsible advertiser or sponsor.
8. Any advertiser or sponsor who decides they no longer wish to be on www.bedandbreakfastsworldwide.com must give a full 30 days written notice and will be reimbursed any due fees pro rata.
