Anniversary Room Champagne & Rose Petals Spa with Rose Petals	Clare-Lind Homestead Bed and Breakfast "Anniversary Room" (set up for a Romantic night for a couple) has a Queen size 4-poster bed & 2-person Spa in Ensuite with bubble bath & candles. 1 ONLY additional single folding bed can be added if needed. Max 3 persons in room. Add our wonderful & romantic "Champagne & Rose Petals" for only an additional $60.00. “Champagne & Rose Petal” special INCLUDES a small bottle of Champagne on ice, small box of chocolates, certificate, a trail of rose petals from the door to the bed with a special “heart” of rose petals on the bed, rose petals in the filled Spa with bubble bath & lit candles. We also decorate the Breakfast table the next morning. It is truly Romantic & Magical and the smell is just heavenly. It makes for a night to remember. "Australiana Room" has 1 Queen bed & 1 single bed with own Ensuite. 1 ONLY additional single folding bed can be added if needed. Max 4 persons in room. MAXIMUM 7 persons in 2 BEDROOMS TOTAL. Each room has Reverse-cycle Heating & Air-Conditioning with ceiling fans, Private room entrance, own Ensuite, CD & LCD TV with DVD player with free latest-release movies, Tea/ Coffee/ Hot Chocolate making facilies, Free Port & Chocolates, Robes & Slippers, local papers, Full walk-in robes, Hair dryers & toiletries.		Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 2 Breakfasts: Extensive Gourmet menu, cooked to order, to the time YOU want, included in price. Juice (choice of 3), platter of seasonal fresh fruit, freshly made fruit salad with Yoghurt, toast (choice of 8 different ones) Cereal (choice of 5) Home made jams & spreads, choice of 9 home-cooked main meals, some of which include:- Buttermilk Pancakes with 5 different varieties, Waffles, Eggs Benedict, French Toast, as well as the standard English "Big" Breakfast. If you just want plain-old Bacon & Eggs, we can do that for you too. Tea, including Herbal teas, Coffee (freshly brewed) Hot chocolate, Milo etc as well as FRESH Rain water. If you are good enough - you can chomp your way through the whole lot, all included or just have cereal & toast. We NEVER send our Guests away hungry ! 	Guest Amenities: 2 Spacious, Luxury Guest rooms - 7 people maximium. Extensive Gourmet FULL cooked breakfast menu included in the price, served in Guest Dining / Lounge area or “El Fresco” in outside “all-weather Gazebo” overlooking pool. Complete “Monitored” Security System throughout. Tourist brochure stand with maps. Covered Beach-Entry pool with Spa-seat & waterfall & pool towels for Guest use. Sun Loungers beside pool & 2-person Hammock. Laundry Facilities – Washing Machine & Dryer available for Guest use for a small fee. Set in 5 Tropical acres with extensive palms & natives. Abundant birdlife & Koalas in the area. Ample off street parking (we have 5 acres to park) Local Bus stop outside front gate. No facilities for babies or young children, so property NOT suitable for children under 5 years. We are essentially an “Adult” retreat. No cooking facilities in either room, apart from a kettle, as these are BEDROOMS with Ensuites, and NOT self-contained apartments. $50.00 CREDIT or DEBIT CARD deposit, per room, per night, required to hold booking.
	Local Attractions: Local Bus Stop – outside front gate, 1 km to Golf Driving range, 1.2 km to Boat Ramp & Deception Bay foreshore, 1.5 km to Deception Bay Bowls Club for meals, 1.5 km to Take-Aways, McDonald’s, K.F.C., Pizza etc, 1.8 km to Deception Bay Library, 3 km to Deception Bay local shopping centre, 5 km to Burpengary Tavern for meals 7 days, 8-10 Minutes to Burpengary Railway Station, 10 Minutes to North Lakes, 15 Minutes to Redcliffe and Moreton Bay, 15 Minutes to Morayfield Shopping centre, 20 Minutes to Boondall Entertainment Centre, 25 Minutes to Brisbane Airport (depending on time of day & traffic, ) 30 Minutes to Bribie Island, 35 minutes to Brisbane CBD, 40 Minutes to Australia Zoo, 1 Hour to Gold Coast Theme Parks, 1 Hour to Noosa and Sunshine Coast Beaches.
