To the south is English Bay with 4 beaches within easy walking distance. To the north is Burrard Inlet, Vancouver's bustling harbour, the busiest port on the West Coast. One block to the west is 1100 acre Stanley Park, one of the world's largest urban parks. Beyond that, over the Lions Gate suspension bridge, are the majestic North Shore mountains.
